While visiting the highlands it was difficult finding a place to dine that did not have a long wait. Stumbled across this gem. Very pleased. Tasty food, give it a try.
Decided to try this place because everything else on the main strip was packed or wasn't what we were looking for. We hopped in here and were pleasantly surprised to see interesting menu options (meatloaf sandwich). To be honest, an old menu item of duck egg rolls was what really called our attentio
Great lunch spot. Smash burgers are great, beer is cold. Prices reasonable. We stop often for lunch.
Was such a great surprise to find this gem. We sat outside and enjoyed great weather. Service was amazing. The food was so yummy..

We just dined here and found it to be absolutely charming. When you are tired of the higher priced and harder to get into restaurants along the main drag, this place is absolutely perfect. Great food, beer selection, and super friendly service. We can’t wait to return!
The food was delicious and you could tell it was homemade. Staff was also very friendly. The next time I'm going through town, I would definitely eat there again
Thank you Ryan. Burger and Mac and chx were good. Mac was nice and cheesy and good flavor. However...the cauliflower tacos were excellent. Service was good and quick. Looking forward to trying the new location too. I'll be back 😁
Creative food items. Everything we had was delicious. Prices seem to reasonable. Semi-dive feel.
Order the appetizers and the sandwiches. The avocado toast and the bruschetta were good. The club sandwich was good. But the potatoes that came with the marrow and scallops were hard and unflavorful, the marrow was fatty. The scallops were cooked well but overall the meal was unsatisfactory. I or

Highlands NC offers many places to eat. This is a great choice. Casual and comfortable with good food and service
