Pizza Hut

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant! I ordered take out at 745pm and the website said that it was to be ready in 10-20 minutes. I walk in at 8:05 and literally stand there for 10 minutes without anyone in the back coming out to at least say hi, we will be with you in a minute, nothing! When the lady with brown hair and glasses comes out of the back she decides to lecture me for saying “hello” so someone in the back could know that I was there. She also accused me of lying and said I wasn’t waiting for 10 minutes. The WORST customer experience I’ve ever had and the escalation wont stop here. Infuriating!

Lady with brown hair and glasses is a racist. If I could rate negative stars I would. Ordered a personal pan pizza ahead online on June 12th, 2022. Walked in 15 minutes later and was told in a negative tone it would be 10 more minutes. I asked if I could pay and she told me the total. My husband who is a different race than I stepped up and gave her his credit card. She just stood there gawking at us both with her mouth wide open holding his card in shock and dismay. I guess she wasn't aware that 55 years ago to the day, interracial marriage became legal. My husband was understandably upset and exchanged unpleasantries with her and we were asked to leave. We will not be returning to this store. Racism is alive and well at this branch. Boycott this branch.

This Pizza Hut is HORRIBLE!!!! We ordered a pizza and I went to pick it up in 15 minutes, when it was supposed be done. When I arrived the gal behind the counter just pulled my order and I was told it will be ready in 11 minutes. I sat there for another 25 minutes, while people kept coming from the kitchen and calling me other customers names., and even suggesting maybe I wasn't sure what my name was. 45 minutes after the pizza was ordered, it was handed to me by a young lady with ear buds in. When I asked why it took so long she told me it had only been in the warmer for a couple minutes. I the. asked is I had been waiting in the store for 25+ minutes, why had the pizza been in the warmer, then she snapped at me and told me "because she was busy in back cutting pizzas, that's why". As she completed the transaction, she started to crumple up the receipt, and when I asked her to not throw it away, just just tossed it anyway. I them asked her to print another, as I planned on leaving feedback, and when I got in my car I noticed she ripped the receipt just above the code to provide feedback. When I got home I called the store and asked to have a receipt reprinted, the same young gal told me she did not like my attitude and to never come back to Pizza Hut. To make things worse, the pizza was cold, so who knows it was sitting out before being handed to me. I called the customer service line 3 times asking to talk to the GM, and he/she has never called me back. I told them I am attempting this, rather than resort to social media, yet after three come to the Pizza Hut customer service line, they did not find this important enough to contact me back. It is disappointing enough the store feels they can get away with such poor customer service, but obviously the general manager feels this sort of behavior is very acceptable.
