Qdoba Mexican Grill

I came in to order to-go this evening, July 14th 2022 at roughly 6:30 and all 3 of the young men behind the counter were exceptionally courteous, provided great customer service, and were incredibly kind. Idk what their wage is, but it should be increased. 10/10 would visit again just because of their awesome demeanor.

me and my boyfriend LOVE qudoba it’s a great lunch idea all the time. we went to this location and walked out rather disappointed. to start we got here and they had made a new batch of rice, expecting to give me the new batch he gave me the dry crusty one. they then tell me they are both out of lettuce and vegetables! i could get past that because things happen but he said it in a rude way didn’t say sorry or anything. we go to pay and there was no discount or anything and in the food industry i know it’s important to either give them a discount or a free drink. then i go to eat and the rice was hard as a giant rock :/ i tried to get their names but NO NAMETAG of course. i will not be coming back to dry rice and people not nice!

I oscillate between 3 and 5 stars here depending on the serving size I get. I wish it was consistently the median size. It is really unfortunate when I go in and don't get enough to fill me up. On the other hand sometimes I'll go in and get a larger than average sized bowl and that is pretty awesome. The food is typically very fresh and employees are very friendly! Also, everything is always clean when I am there. 08/2021 edit: Matt is extremely friendly, attentive and sharp. I hope he sticks around.

Matt is a real asset to this company & his team. Everytime I go into this restaurant, he makes me feel like I'm the most important customer ever. He is very friendly & kind. When I leave this restaurant I feel that every restaurant, should treat their customers as Matt dose. Outstanding Customer Service! Thank you Matt your the best!

I was in there last week and it was the nicest and friendliest establishments I have been into. The staff greeted me and explained everything very well. I ended up going back 3 times and will continue to be a regular. Matt is very attentive and has already memorized my order. He is very sharp has excellent customer service.
