Hard Roll Deli

Used to be a great spot for lunch. They no longer seem to be able to keep up with a normal lunch rush. Walked out on my last visit without even being able to place an order. The last few times before that, it took about a half hour for one sandwich. They definitely prioritize phone orders over people ordering in store.

Since change of ownership, food orders have not been correct every time ordering, usually takes 30-45 minutes for a sandwich to be ready. Staff arguing and making scenes with one another in front of customers. This establishment has been a go-to deli since I was a child. Since this new regime, myself and my family have taken our business elsewhere

Worst deli in the history of boars head. The place was dead when I ordered my food, so you'd think they could get it right. Forgot my sides, didn't heat my chicken like it ordered,and forgot my bacon. Three subs and a bag a chips, it was over 40.00. Worst ever signing off Culinary Institute Grad, Thomas Agunzo. I have been going here for years and the last three times the food was just not the same. Last week when I went in I gave the girl my credit card and she said it didn’t work and I said it Hass to work, she said it didn’t work! I told her to try it again and she seemed aggravated but she did try it again and said it doesn’t work and then told me I needed a pin number, I told her I don’t need a pin number it’s not a debit card it’s a credit card. She said well it doesn’t work! The bill was almost $25 and that was the card I wanted to use! I went to two other places afterwards and they took my card and it worked fine! She shouldn’t have had such an attitude!

I am the worst! I go into a deli for breakfast I tell them I don't want breakfast I don't want something messy because it'll be in the car. Oh and no I don't like wraps. Not only did they find the perfect sandwich for me... It was delicious! But the gentleman that helped me almost seemed to enjoy the process and never once showed even a small glint of annoyance. When the hazelnut coffee was empty they heard the gurgle and came over immediately to make more. It was ready quickly, it was hot, it was delicious. Let's support local! This place is awesome. I didn't pee here.
