Ordered Jimmy johns today to eat on my lunch break. Driver delivered my food to the wrong door and LEFT IT OUTSIDE. He didn't ring the doorbell or call to let someone know he dropped it off. I called them 3 times to finally be told which door he left my food at, and after searching literally every door we have here at the daycare. I spent half my lunch hour just trying to figure out where my food was. And the food isn't even that great and its expensive! 21 dollars for a meal for one person. Never again. Subway is way better!

Went into the restaurant and stood there for 10 minutes as the only customers in line waiting to put an order in. About 5 employees were there, but only a few were actually working. One was running around feverishly and was very rudely yelling at the others. Not once did they even acknowledge us or tell us they'd be with us in a second. We eventually got fed up and left without ever even being spoken too. I understand times get busy and good help is hard to find these days, but this was customer service at its absolute worst. I love Jimmy John's, but this was an embarrassment to the franchise. I'd give this location zero stars if that was an option.

Good sammich. Good service. Clean store. Usually can’t go wrong with jimmy John’s and this store is no exception. In several days ago and a bus load of students had placed orders, thus I a minor slowdown in my food delivery. I’d eat here any time.

Food's what you expect, people are friendly. But this store does not participate in the "so fast you freak" slogan. Very, very slow delivery in a small town. Hasn't gotten better in the past year. I have yet to receive any order in less than 45 minutes from the time the driver left the store and I live 5 minutes away. Food is routinely off-temperature when it arrives and I have yet to receive bread that wasn't stale and hard.
Also, they will not cut sandwiches in half even if requested.
None of this is new info to the owners. They just don't care.

Been going to this location since it opened. They always seem to maintain quality people which is hard, especially in recent years. Had a COMPLICATED order today with eight different sandwiches. It was 100% correct. Good example.

When the menu states that all sandwiches come with lettuce and tomato and you order something that clearly doesn't have those listed. Don't expect them to fix it or give you a new one because their "company policy" dictates that we as the customer know what we order when we order it. Even though it clearly states UNLESS OTHERWISE CALLED OUT on the menu. Needless to say, I now have a $16 sandwich and nothing to eat. Thank God for Jimmy John's. Sad excuse for a sandwich shop. Won't be returning.

Always great and terrific customer service! Kylie was our delivery driver today and went above and beyond when I accidentally entered the incorrect address while ordering online. Thank you Kylie and the rest of the Highland team for being awesome!
