Sonic Drive-in

The team here is great and they always get my order right. The cashier was very attentive and professional. No issues I've encounter when it comes to customer service. It was top notch service here. Even the food was freshly made and hot. Servers are especially helpful and friendly and very quick service. Every time I came here I'm so excited to eat at Sonic drive-in. This is not healthy food by any stretch, but it is utterly satisfying! I ordered cheeseburger with toast is really good as well as the Oreo cheesecake shake. I recommend the shakes. Really good taste like real cheesecake. Sonic drive-in has a huge range of drinks and shakes. If you're in the area try the Sonic, you won’t be disappointed.

Anytime I order from here, I have to check the order before leaving because they either leave food out or give you the wrong food. Three times they gave no sauce with mozzarella sticks or the pretzel. They forgot the mozzarella sticks in one order and gave us fries instead but still gave us marinara sauce. The lack of care even for a fast food place is astonishing.

I love this Sonic and their staff. With that said, I truly feel bad because I understand they're understaffed; however, we waited for at least 25 mins for three meals and our food was brought out cold. I gave it 1 star because the young lady was kind enough to offer to remake the food because she felt bad for us. That took us another 15 mins smh. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back again. We did ask for our money back at least since we never got the food. 😕 The assistant manager stated that he cancelled the order but could not provide an updated receipt. I will have to wait 3 to 5 days to find out and hopefully get my refund. I did call the franchise to file a grievance because I just want my money back... UPDATE.. Got a full refund, thank you Sonic hope it gets better soon.

Stopped by around 6:30 with my 2 teens in the back seat. They didn't look very busy and i only ordered a blast & 2 shakes. I timed it...from the time I got the prompt to pay (I was in a stall not drive-thru) to the time my order came out the door was 25 minutes. I watched several cars leave the drive-thru and only saw 1 other car in a stall like me...and I watched them get their stuff and leave too. When I finally got my order the blast was already so melted I was able to drink it through a straw with no issues (I've had shakes thicker than that). As I was pulling out I checked the drive-thru and saw 1 vehicle waiting at the window and 1 at the speaker. I can understand short staffed and/or really busy but with only 2 cars in the drive-thru and me I'm not seeing what could have caused such a delay. I'm really disappointed especially since this is not the first long wait i've had here, Sonic can do better than 25 minutes for 3 items.
