Pizza Hut

I had ordered a pizza & wings online for delivery but somehow I ended up with 2 orders of wings. The delivery driver Christopher suggested I call and speak to the manager Zach so I called. He was so nice and offered to make our pizza and have Christopher bring it back for no extra charge even tho when I looked at my online order it had been my mistake. You don’t get this kind of service anymore and my husband & I really appreciated there service. Pizza & wings were delicious. # loyal customer.

My boyfriend was just on the phone and the guy had no clue what he was talking about saying the dinner box didn’t come with both breadsticks and cinnamon stick or cheese sticks for a exstra dollar he would put down the phone and ask someone in the back ground my boyfriend asked if he was new and he said “I’ve worked here 6 years I know what I’m doing “ my boyfriend said it don’t seem like it after I’m the phone for 10 mintunes ,for a simple order then was asking someone in the background if we could have hut favorite crust ??? Like what the heck ? My boyfriend asked him his name again and he didn’t say anything so he asked again he hurried and and said your order will be ready in 20 mintunes I told you my name and hung up I’m not even going to pick this order up beyond mad will never go here again , workers are either under influences while working or don’t know there job or how to respect customers .
