BBQ Chicken Ranch Salad. Not the neatest presentation. My boiled egg was whole instead of being sliced, and they forgot my crispy onions. 😔 Honestly, I wanted this particular salad just for those. I'm not completely upset, though. The product tasted fresh; they just seemed a bit short-handed tonight.

Walked in and placed a togo order. Employees were arguing behind the counter to the point that the manager had to step in. I am sympathetic due to worker shortages but the order was ok took almost 30 minutes which after considering they cook to order is ok.. the fried zucchini was absolutely horrible see the picture very soggy and leaking oil far from fried and tasted horrible. I will not go to this farmer boy again. I have had great food from many other famer boys.

my drive thru experience was perfect. I was greeted promptly, my questions answered thoroughly, my order taken correctly. I paid, was handed my drinks and was asked, if I didn't mind to pull around and park in stall # to wait while they prepared my order. My wait time was efficient. Overall, the perfect experience.

I placed a $59.79 order through Door Dash at 8:22 pm on May 8, 2022. This isn't the first bad experience placing an order 30-45 minutes before closing, but this was the worst and one deserving of a one-star. Neither the large fountain drink nor chocolate shake was sent with my order. French fries and ranch dressing were also missing.This was the second time they had the Door Dash driver let us know they "ran out of ice cream". Running out of menu items happens from time to time and anytime this was the case I always receive a phone call letting me know and asking if I would like to substitute for another item. Instead, Farmer Boys sends the message to the driver with no opportunity to correct my bill or substitute for another item. Both the Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich and Farmer Burger were dried out and missing the bacon and smashed avocado I added. For $60 we ended up with a burger, chicken sandwich, and four zucchini. The driver called at 8:53 pm to let me know that he was still waiting on Farmer Boys to fill my order. This time, I called to complain and was told that I should have asked the driver for a refund. Running out of ice cream 30 minutes before closing is another way of saying they already cleaned the machine for the night. When I asked to speak to the shift manager she said she was the manager and " we're closed" then hung up on me. There was no answer when I called right back. Many business owners reply to both good and bad reviews. I read the reviews for this store before writing this and not one bad review was addressed. Today I will be calling the store manager and corporate office to find out why a "manager" who refuses to give her name and hangs up on customers is still employed.

I have never been to this location and I have to say their staff is super nice. They all work so hard and make sure your order is correct. They are very helpful as well. On this visit I had the Chicken avocado sandwich with chili cheese fries. I just love the garlic taste the bread has. The chili cheese fries were amazing and a pretty good portion. Also ordered an order of french toast they were delicious. Their drive thru was packed so decided to order inside. They are not open for indoor dining but you can walk in and order and also you can dine in their patio area. I'll definitely be back to this location because of their customer service. The food is pricey but delicious.

I usually either forget or don’t go out of my way to review, but this experience is worthy of praise. The girl(manager?) was working the grill, on top of it behind the counter for extra needs or voids filled, out serving meals, and providing excellent customer service. She was considerate, cordial and friendly. The guy, who took our order with glasses, was equally helpful and cordial. And the food was very decent-equal to or better than, say, an iHop or Dennys. Cooked well, hot, and delicious.
