1st Time here in Highlands, California this Restaurant is called Pepper Steak now this Restaurant I like, their Meatloaf Plate was Delicious, Rolls mmm good, Tea good, sides Delicious and The Prices very Reasonable. Loved it.

The liver and onions was good not exceptional, but good. My steak was cooked how I asked, good job to the cook. The services was well beyond what I expected. Super polite, nice, and friendly she was. My family enjoyed our food very much! We will be going back to try something different. Their ranch and blue cheese dressings are homemade. It was good and filling. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

I had liver and onions, and it was delicious! The liver was tender and the rice pilaf was delicious also.

I love this place!!! The food is delicious and worth the price! Customer service is great as well. This is one of my favorite places to go to for any meal of the day.

I ordered the new york steak and it came out well done instead of medium. The replacement steak was a smaller steak and had a lot of grizzle. The staff was friendly though and service was pretty good.
