Two Guys Pizza & Pasta

After a long hike my friend and I stopped in for a meal which was great Saturday night - the food was hot and delicious. Though what impressed me the most was the staff: not only our waitress but the other staff came by to ensure we were well served, inquiring politely and with sincere interest. I was quite impressed in this day when it's like a wasteland to go out to eat - not enough staff, shortened menus, etc. Though the restaurant was full, the staff worked harmoniously, providing a very nice, relaxed atmosphere.

I love the customer service here. They are always polite + attentive. I called ahead to order lunch for myself and a co-worker. I went to pick it up and had no wait. they packed it with napkins and utensils. the fettuccine Danielle with shrimp was fresh and so delicious. that entree came with a salad and a very good bread roll with whipped butter. amazing.

Probably the worst "Italian" restaurant I've ever been to. Didn't feel very welcoming stepping foot into the establishment. The window sills at our table were incredibly dusty. I don't think the they have been cleaned in months. The bread was lackluster at best. The menu was stacked with millions of items for some reason, making it the most unauthentic Italian food I've come across. My plate was about $11 and it sure tasted like $11. My pasta was flavorless, and full of soggy pesto sauce. I added a terrible amount of salt, and it STILL wasn't any more flavourful. The food didn't taste fresh, it felt like someone actually let my plate sit there for 15 minutes. I remember receiving 1 refill for my drink and the place was pretty much empty. I suppose I should have went to the bar first so I could've built up the courage to finish my food. I have more to say but I'm sure my message has got across. I somehow feel like it's all my fault having the trust to go to an "Italian" restaurant at the border of San Bernardino and Highland. 2 stars because the restrooms were actually clean.
