Located very close to the High Point Palladium Theater, this Chipotle location is an excellent place to stop by for a quick meal. The quality of food is consistent with all other Chipotles I've been to and of course...is delicious. The staff is friendly and very efficient. There is a very small outside dining area as well. Parking can be a challenge if the restaurant is busy however there are ample spots off the restaurant with a less than a minute walk. There is a chance you may miss turning in the right entrance but you will eventually get a hang of it.
If you haven't been to a Chipotle, you walk up right up to the ordering station, choose the food from the menu and grab a seat to enjoy your meal. It is the fast casual concept and there won't be anyone to help you find seat. So just grab any empty seat and clean up(to your best ability) and dispose the container in the trash before you leave.

Just ordered pickup from here and they forgot to add half my bowl. I didn’t think I ordered a kids meal but it sure looks like it. Come to this chipotle if you want to be charged full price for half of what most chipotles give you! Or at least stand right over the workers shoulder to make sure you’re not ripped off

So I ordered steak and smoked brisket with black beans and salad with no rice. I got home and used my own plate. The original packing was heavy and the price was $16.00 total. Need a little more lettuce and a side of chips for burrito bowl.

I order from this Chipotle pretty regularly. Today a coworker and I ordered lunch to be delivered. When the bowls arrived, hers was correct and mine was no where close to right. I order the same thing everytime. I called the store and after explaining the situation was told to hold for the manager. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to get my correct order. Someone else came on the line, didn't give a name or sound overly excited to be answering a call. I, once again, explained what happened. I was polite and wasn't placing blame with anyone. I work in customer service and know mistakes happen. The manager didn't apologize or even sound apologetic. The only solution he offered was "we can remake the bowl." No offer to have to delivered to me since I had already paid the delivery fee and tipped a driver to bring me the wrong order. But that's okay. I work 3 minutes from the restuarant. When I get to the store the associate that helped me had no clue what I was talking about. So for the third time I tell someone what has happened. I called maybe 10 minutes before arriving. As he starts the bowl, another associate walks over and asks what he's doing. He is the one that makes the online orders. He looks at it and asks what was wrong with it. I told him it was missing half my ingredients and had some on there I did not request. He starts mumbling to the other associate what I assume is "I know I made that right. There was nothing wrong with it." Or something along those lines based on his body language and irritated facial expression. And I'm sure he did make my bowl correctly, but I did not receive the one that I ordered. I can only guess someone else got mine. The entire time I am in the restaurant, not one associate apologizes for the incorrect order. Which is one major reason I am writing this review. Attached are photos of the receipt showing what I order, the bowl I got and then what my correct bowl looks like.

I order online chicken and they put pork because it was the last thirty minutes before closing and thats all they had. Did not mention anything when i picked it up and when i went back, All the manager could say is you want a refund? With no apologies. They could not give me anything to eat and all he could offer is the 1800 number to call and get a refund. Worst customer service

The most disgusting seats and tables I have ever seen in a “restaurant”. Even McDonald’s wipes down their tables and seats better/more often. If they overcharge you, they will throw you an attitude as if it’s YOUR fault they don’t know how to do their jobs. Go to the other chipotles

The food was so fresh✌. Everyone had gloves on-- they have a 98 rating. Customer Service was pretty good ( could be a bit better though) and the store was clean.

Food here is fast and simple, pick a taco, salad, burrito, or bowl, then choose a protein and then add your toppings, I opted for the tofu, added sour cream, cheese, cilantro, and pico (avocado is extra) and so are the chips, wish there was a variety of hot sauces but there are not.. They offer a rewards program but I don't frequent this establishment enough to sign up
