The Deli Spot

I must say the customer service here was absolutely great and that alone would make me stop in from time to time. However there wasn't any thing extraordinarily different about the food, it was just an ordinary turkey sandwich on bread. So if service matters to you like it does to me you can get it from this spot.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience. The food was very pricey and the menu options very odd. They only had three menus which had to be shared amongst all the patrons. I felt pressured to order quickly and picked wrong. The cashier also asked us if we would like chips, fries, or pasta salad like it was included in the meal. However it was additional two dollars. I ordered the "hot mess" and sadly it lived up to it's name. The description said it had melted cheddar cheese. I assumed that meant it was a toasted sub with cheese on top. However only the little hard square of cheese was melted everything else was cold. It made the sandwich taste odd and the bread hard. My husband got the club and it was flavorless and the toppings were oddly placed on top if the sandwich with the Mayo on top of the lettuce. The pasta salad was inedible and the fries were cold and gross. I would never eat here again and would no recommend it to anyone.

The meat is the highlight, the lettuce is lowest quality and makes the salad soggy the dressing is primarily water based and the bread it too tough to bite. The pasta salad should be vinegar based but is not based with anything. I am sorry they need to make everything else match the quality of the sandwich meat
