Firstly the lady on the drive through yelled at me because she kept messing up my taco order. 3 steak tacos with guac, pretty simple. She sucks. I also ordered in addition to that a soft taco 12 pack. The picture speaks for itself and they tasted like lunchable tacos.

Friday night at 7:45pm ordered food, Got home it was wrong. Drive through was not busy. Went back to taco bell order was replaced. Arrived home at 8:09pm order was wrong again. Gave up on trying to get the right order. With gas being so high and not trying to act a fool, I just decided to not eat that this location ever again. %100 of the time you will not get what you pay for or the order will be wrong. They do not answer the phone there as well. I do not recommend this locations

I don't usually post a review but I'm gonna be honest.. this taco bell disappoints. Especially the crunch wraps.. they have been soggy and not properly folded every time I've gotten it.. and that's a favorite of mine 😕

Update: I don’t know if I’m in an alternate universe today or what. But I just had the greatest service from this restaurant twice today. ❤️
Make sure you check your bags before you leave to ensure you have your entire order. Otherwise when you try to come back the literal next day they will not fix their mistake.

The customer service at this location was unacceptable. Asked for a receipt and the manager at 10:48 pm said the “paper machine don’t work” we ordered a burrito supreme and when it wasn’t in the bag we drove back through to get it, the manager said he didn’t ring it up. So when does the manager decide what he rings me up for. I ordered a burrito supreme and that’s what I expected I’m my bag. This was the worst service from this whole crew. The girl with the red braids was super unfriendly as she slammed the window at us. If they don’t want to do their job then quit!!

The worst Taco Bell in the area. If it’s ever even open that is. They’ll close as early as 8 pm when it makes no sense. Always have attitudes. And when they actually feel like being open they can only sell “tacos and burritos” it’s the laziness that kills me. And it’s an all the time occurrence. I’m surprised they’re even still in business.

Ahh, ordered an online order for dine-in pickup. Get there and the dining room is locked. The reason I ordered it for dine-in pick up is because it takes at least 20 mins to get through the drive thru. So I get stuck waiting in the drive thru line. I must say the employees are always friendly. The other Taco Bells in the area have horrible service. Anyways, I ordered a chalupa without lettuce, but with extra sour cream. As usual it was wrong. Do to having to wait in the drive thru line for at least 20 mins everytime, and my order always being wrong I'm done with Taco Bell. But Thanks for nice, and making the food very neatly.

Hasn't been bad the last 2 months but I see we're back to having staff with poor customers and horrible attitudes. That being said I waited in the drivethru line for 15 mins and didn't move so I made the mistake of going inside and ordering at the touch screen. Freeze machine has been down for over a month,or atleast everytime I go there with certain workers... all that being said, waited a half hour for food to have to go ask for my freeze and the large Baja, and when asked I got told freeze machine is down, and that the lady at the counter said "I didn't take your order so" then I get handed the large drink and then get a small Baja soda as the exchange of the freeze, didn't offer to fix the price of the bill after that. I hope this becomes the most popular review so it can save someone else the time money and possible assault charge. Corporate will be called also because the staff here has been a constant problem. If you guys can't get workers that don't flip people off threw the windows and can't get people that would try to fix an issue rather than I didn't take your order so it's not my problem
Then you guys should fire the entire store manager and all and close the doors and let some place that would take the place serious take over still no fix on the staff or freeze machine and the staff is still a bunch of spooks
