Hardee's

Just went in to grab a sandwich for lunch. The restaurant was packed inside and out. The cashier was very engaging and surprisingly calm despite the crowd. When I commented how busy it was she said that she was missing half her staff and only there were only (4) of them running everything. The food was neatly wrapped and prepared as it should be. Whoever Owns/Operates this store needs to add better support for these very hard workers. They kept everything running as it should be out of pure work ethic. I would not "bet" my investment on burning out good employees as it appears to be. Staff up!

Normally great service. Definitely good food. Manager carried all of the customer service in the experience. Employee visibly annoyed that they hadn't locked us out even though the store wasn't closed yet. She locked the main entrance before we were served, and I watched as another customer stood at the main door frustrated for a few minutes before the manager noticed, opened up and apologized. "Sorry about that, that door wasn't supposed to be locked." I'm not knocking the place. Service tends to be excellent. Food is great. But sometimes in a single employee it is all to clear to see that they hate the job and are visibly annoyed that you got in despite their desire to flat-out not serve you.

I'm giving 2 stars because there's been a few occasions when they we're kind and friendly. Other than that there's one female manager in there that's rude and always has an attitude like them answering any question is over there pay grade. I work not too far from here and use to come on my lunch often.. Multiple times I dine inside and have had to wait 40 + minutes for a $5 box. I've complained to them multiple times. Not sure what the issue is but this is far from the best Hardee's establishment.

I used to go there daily. Finally got tired of thirty minutes waits in the drive thru at lunch time, only to get the wrong order. Not once, but 3 or 4 times. I tend to give places the benefit of doubt, so I tried going inside to see if it was better. Made it up to the register that the manager April was running, only to have her turn around and walk off without taking my order. She left me standing in front of the register, the only person left in line. Stood there another 5 minutes before the employee at the drive thru window came and took my order. I won't give them any more business.

We waited 30 minutes for our food that was being prepared by the General Manager. Tickets were out of order and we heard excuses such as short staffed, computer issues, and new employees. One employee told the manager that she was scared to say something to the General Manger. The General Manager was in the background hollering that they were taking too many orders too fast??? Huh this is a fast food joint lady and you are messing up lunch breaks. If the General Manager cant handle the store then she may not need that position! I had to give it one star to post this but I wouldn't have even given it that

I like hardees, especially their milkshakes and chicken tenders. But unfortunately lately those are the only two good points. Service is slow with inexperienced employees. The food while not b adx is honestly not worth what your typical wait will be. Generally 10-15 minutes, even if you are the only person there. But them milkshakes though....
