Buffalo Wild Wings

Guy with dreads waited us but didn’t seem like he even wanted to work. Firstly our food was given to us at different times, so by the time someone else got their food the others were already done. Secondly the waiter didn’t care enough to check if we needed refills until we brought it to his attention. It wasn’t overly busy so I don’t see why the cooks struggled to get out the food at the same time. Definitely need better waiters as I see other poor reviews about the staff.

Staff is great first off, but ever since they were acquired by Arby's the place has gone down hill. Ordered some nachos and it turns out they DONT have the meats. So they serve what's called ultimate Nacho's, pay an extra 3$ you get brisket. The primary problem is the nachos are anything but ultimate. You have about 8 nachos with toppings on them, and then the rest are plain nachos. To remedy I asked for salsa. They used to have salsa Verde and and decent enough salsa. Now they serve what can be described as pasta sauce. I was literally having a great day, just saw an amazing movie, but I have to say don't go here for the food. You will leave disappointed. This was a regular spot before. Now with the new acquisition they seem to just throw stuff on a plate and hope the clients too drunk to realize they are paying restaurant plate prices for a bag of chips. Think about it this way, I paid 3$ extra for brisket. Imagine the meat wasn't on their, how could you justify calling it ultimate Nacho's, same name as before, totally different. They used to have whole jalapeno slices, lettuce on it, good amount of sour cream. I mean if I didn't get the brisket what would this have been?

In the past I've liked this location. It has been awhile but it was far from great. My wings came out and only the top part was seasoned so the other side was very bland. The blessing was they messed up and gave me 5 extra wings. I was only able to stomach one side of the wing though. I don't typically review food quality too much especially in Covid times as I know the lack of qualified employees out here currently. The restaurant needed some cleaning though. The carpet seemed it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I can't believe they let someone see that. Definitely the toilets haven't been cleaned in some time.

Trying wings from a outer perspective was always my dream and going to Buffalo Wild Wings gave me that. This a nice spot plus the experience there being there makes you don’t want to leave especially when it’s a chill spot where you could hang out with friends and family especially if your interested in watching sports it’s a great spot there. The waitress/waiters are really great there too they have really good customer service not only they have so much good things there really clean, not to mention the goodness of the wildest wings around the world. Nice spot and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there to experience what I have.

Used to love talking the family here. Now every time I go back wait time gets longer and longer. Not even busy as it used to be, but even a few years ago when they were busy, they still weren't slow, they sure are now. The servers are getting rude in person and even more so on the phone. I placed an online order, after putting in the order it gives me an estimated time of pickup 1 hour and 45 minutes later. I call and ask if this is correct. The young lady that answered the phone was rude and told me they are busy! According to google live, they are currently less busy than normal? I ask again about the almost 2 hour wait, how because they had alot of people coming in, my order is pushed to the end of the line? How's that right? And with even more attitude she says yes, that's accurate and hung up on me? NOT GOING BACK! Sad, this was one of my favorite spots for the last 10 years.

This place has taken a nose dive! They are ALWAYS short staffed.... Takes forever a waitress to come over once you've been seated! And here's the biggest thing that we found insane!!!! I asked for my wings WELL-DONE.....and the waitress told me they're not supposed to do that!!! Are you crazy?!?!?! We're done with this place!! This place is literally telling me that I can't ask for my food on the well done side.
