Mcdonald's

I realize that this is attached to a truck stop but the food and service was bad. The lady at the register sat in a chair and took the order wrong. The chicken nuggets tasted old and were the wrong color. The fries were soggy and had to ask for the toy for the kid meal. There is a subway right next to it... maybe stop there instead.

Ordered well done nuggets in the drive-thru. Was asked to pull forward and wait for food, after 20 minutes I went inside to see what was wrong. The manager told me well done nuggets take 6 minutes to cook. I get things taking a few minutes to prepare and get out the door but 20 minutes negates the fast in fast food. The attitude I received while this was explained to me will keep me from going back.

I asked for extra pickles, "as many as [they] could legally give me." They did not disappoint; most McDonald's locations I've been to completely ignore these requests, but this crew went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Three workers even came outside, smiled, and waited to confirm that they "got it right." They did. Even though I was a drive thru customer, I felt like a valued guest. This is the only McDonald's I've ever been to that was so nice I had to leave a review. The crew is incredible and I am delighted by the experience. I hope they read this, just so they know how much I appreciated their effort!

Old, cold food and very unfriendly girl in the drive through. Sent my fries back, asking for fresh ones. Was told that takes 3.5 min. I said, that is fine. Approximately 90 seconds later, she hands me the same old, cold fries. Got my money back. At what point does the owner take notice of all the complaints about the bad food and unfriendly service.
