Boston Market Corporate office needs to work better with the employees.
I just left from this location and the staff was unhappy.
The staff was supposed to be off today but forced to work, this lead to very bad customer service and food processing. Took forever just to get corn, macaroni and to pay with one person infront.
Soda machine was not working at all and the location was full of boxes .
To be successful you need to work with tour employees to avoid giving the customer bad experiences due to work conditions.

Stated no sandwiches available . Even the employees where shocked that guy behind the chicken counter said that .
Next time just say you don't want to make it. . Corporate I would definitely look into that
I won't make that mistake twice . Drove 15 min .

I order food for the kids. I was in a hurry and showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled time for pick up. My order was ready early and my kids loved it. Fresh hot food and friendly service.

I wish i can give 0 stars but i can't This is the worst Boston Market I have ever ordered from this was my 4th time ordering from here and will not ever again they never give gravy for the mashed potatoes and then this time they didn't put any napkins on any forks i called the manager to complain about the gravy he acted like he didn't care saying if the order on line don't say gravy they don't put it there is no option for gravy online i always put it as special request because of that reason and it says it on the receipt as well I'm calling corporate cause this is ridiculous I spent $40 and some change on my order and wasn't happy
