Wendy's

Worst experience I have ever experienced! This breakfast manager should be fired. I went through the drive through and the lid to the coffee that was given to me was not closed all the way. The coffee spilled all over my hand twice and burned me. She saw all of this happening as she was standing right there by the window. I even heard her saying you spilled coffee on her to her worker. She didn’t say anything to me. My hand was dripping with coffee while she was too worried about one car behind mine to get that order correct instead of acknowledging what just happened as a manager. There was literally only one other car in line. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I asked her are you the manager? She said yes. I said do you not see what just happened? She replied with a stank attitude and said yea… and nothing else. Not an apology nothing at all. I said what is your name? She refused to give that to me. I said I need my receipt and corporates number she said the receipt machine is broken. I said well I need my receipt. She closed the window on my face. I had to end up going inside to ask for my receipt again and she proceeded to say the same thing that she didn’t have a receipt for me. Refused to give me her name again. The woman called me out of my name and all. She called me ratchet. This is the type of workers that Wendy’s hires and managers at that. So sad. I was able to get her name because I had to call the police. Oh and after all that I had missing items in my bag. Her name is Lavercia Parker! She represents Wendy’s!

Out of Sprite most of the time. I came here on the afternoon of 4/17/22 at around 5pm for dinner and they were out of Sprite, which is the only soda I like to drink. I live close to here, so I come here pretty often and most of the times I've come here, they've been out of Sprite. I can understand that happening once, but it has happened several times. The manager should anticipate how much demand there is for Sprite and order more accordingly.

After waiting with my friend in the car for almost 15 mins to place our order, the first thing we are told is we have no meat for sandwiches, only chicken nuggets and fries, with an attitude like he was annoyed. We went to get hamburgers, so we ended up not ordering but had to wait for people to leave because we couldn't get out of the line. There was a person behind me who tells the same employee why isn't someone outside telling people there is no meat or at least have a sign up so people are aware there isn't any and don't waste there time in the line. The employee says that they don't get paid to be standing outside with an attitude. I don't understand why Wendy employs incompetent people who don't know how to treat customers, their pay comes from our money. My recommendation spend your money at a better place.

This Wendy’s has become such trash with incompetent kids working there. I waited 15 minutes in a line so they can tell me they don’t have anything but chicken nuggets and fries. They don’t put up a sign outside to let people know before hand. I was stuck in a drive through until everyone in front of me drove off. Every time I come to get food, they never have chili and the person in the window is rude. I’ll never come here again.

Need to find another place. Always get your order wrong and receipt machine has been broken for months. 6 months later & the receipt machine is broken still. the people that work there have no respect for their customers. I'm done. going down the block to MacDonalds. wendy's will not get another penny from me.
