We ordered for pick up and had the WORST experience! Never again am I going to trust this place to do their jobs. Not only did they forget my kids meal, my food had pieces of black beans which just looked like that piece of chicken was taken off another plate and put on this order. And I did NOT order morro, or black beans so it wasn’t from my plate. Disgusting and I’m allergic to beans. On top of that we had to go back for our kids sandwich and it wasn’t even cooked properly!!! This is why I never order online for pickup or delivery. Terrible experience and expensive!

This place has changed a lot, nothing is the same anymore. From the service to the food taste it has changed. I recently came with my family to eat there and I was trying to order some breakfast around 11:15am and the waitress told me there is no more breakfast at that time and that the system doesn’t allow them to put in breakfast stuff. So we ordered other stuff. None of the stuff we ordered tasted good. The best part was the croquetas and even those were not good. The orange juice was even worse. As I was paying the bill the couple that sat in the table behind me ordered their food and when I look it was breakfast food. I called the waitress out on it and she said oh that is on another part of the menu. I paid and left really upset. This use to be a place where you could enjoy the food and the atmosphere. That was my last Time I will ever go there. Good luck

Latin Cafe has been our favorite spot when visiting Miami, but today’s visit was very disappointing. The food was great as always but our server, Luz’s attention was poor, after waiting for out food longer than normal time due to her being busy socializing than doing her job. Our friends showed up after we finished and then the same server attended to them and had the same disappointment in service. They even sent their appetizer ( mariquitas) back because it was not fresh and didn’t taste good.
