Just got a call from door dash telling me that the store was out of fries. That if they can replace with a Coke.... how does that compare? I said no to replace with a food item like chicken and they said no it was more than the cost of the fries. I told door dash that the store ran out of fries how is that my fault as they have it on the menu as selectable. He said the restaurant told him that in that case tell me to cancel the order. Unbelievable. I felt bad for the driver who already drove there so I took the order as is without the fries. I will not be ordering from Checkers in Hialeah Gardens anymore. Bad customer service.

Hey Daniel Rodriguez, just saw your review. How about you stop being such a cry baby like you’ve always been and actually start cooking at home for crying out loud. Came here to write a review then I come across this man. If you were so smart you would realize that Checker’s has absolutely no control over any of the Uber apps nor Doordash apps. They can’t just inform the delivery companies that they don’t have any fries or any of the unavailable food items just to make it pop up as “unavailable” on the app. That’s how it’s always been. You can always get a refund for the missing item. You should be glad that they at least called you and advise you. Not even Mcdonald’s does that when they don’t have an item. But of course some people, like Daniel Rodriguez, have grown up relying on their parents for everything and have been pampered their whole life. So they wouldn’t understand the struggles of Fast Food. Anyways, this place is great.

Worst checkers around. Not one but both of the burgers I ordered were raw. Not pink but raw and cold in the middle. Won't go to checkers again. Even the cheese sticks were frozen on the inside. How do you screw that up. Wrote to corporate and never heard back. They either have to many complaints to deal with or just don't care.
