Kfc

First time to this location. From out of town near Orlando. We're working on new Wawa blocks away. I haven't been to KFC in few years. Why is it the advertising in commericals is NEVER as good as the real thing. Tried new chicken sandwich. It looked & tasted good but didn't look as big as picture in Tv. Only 1/4 of the meat lived up to plumpness. Breaded looked like the oil needed to be changed as it was few shades darker than was it advertised. The fries delicious. Although I expected the wedges & not the ones I got. Bathroom was Horrible!! Not soap & no blowers were working. I had to dry my hands off on the back of my T-shirt. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I believe in 2nd chances but the bathroom thing may have killed this.

Food was great but employees were complaining of being short staffed, while two employees were having a conversation in the back by the prep station and another was on her phone either texting or online....I appreciate that I was the last order they took for walk ins... even though the cashier was very clear that they were short staffed and had no one for cleaning up of the dine in area and that she would only take my order if it was to go... Other than that my order was done quick, fresh and hot... I grabbed my order and left and as I left I observed that the drive thru was empty... KFC management needs to invest a little bit more attention into training employees properly and upper management needs to pay attention to some of these mgrs who purposely short staff shifts sacrificing quality and service. Which was not the case here..

Crispy 2pc meal is delicious but my only complaint is that the pieces of chicken are to small even when your not ordering from the value menu...KFC has gotten stingy with the size and that's why I'm only giving 3 stars. The other complaint is the wait time in the drive through, it takes too long. I get an hour lunch, its only about 5 minutes away and by the time I get back I only have a few minutes left. But the taste and quality of the food is yummy.
