Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The service was not ideal. A bit of miscommunication while placing our order. I stood up to check on our order and the person making what turned out to be our order dropped it on the floor and proceeded to bag it to give it me until I said no and requested tht he re-do our order...he was not pleased🤨. But the smoothies were good 👍 😋.

This is the 4th time I've attempted to give them chances about their food quality. Usually, it's everytime I order something with "smashed avocado" there is nothing at all resembling avocado in the wrap. This very last time I'll ever eat here, my quesadilla had barely any melted cheese, it was all cold, which BTW looked like Kraft fake cheese sprinkles, and literally barely any food in the quesadilla at all. The photo reflects what both ends of the quesadilla looked like. The Harrisburg location used to be one of my favorites. I was so excited to finally have a closer Hershey location but they are absolutely not worth it.

This location is awful. We have always had issues with speed of service, but today was something else. There were 4 people in front of us and 10 people behind us. It took 5 mins for any one to come out and help the girl on register. They then did the smoothies completely out of order. So we waited 30 minutes for our smoothies. When we questioned the employees, they simply said “we’re busy”. This is not good customer service especially since she was improperly wearing her mask and was chewing gum with making the food and drinks.

Workers are blatantly racist. I asked for a drink carrier as my doordash order has two drinks and one gentleman looked me in the face and ignored me. The second worker came out and I asked him for one. While he gave me the carrier, there were no words from him when I told him that his coworker ignored me. I even thanked him for stopping what he was doing to give me a drink carrier and he said nothing to me. Something similar to this happens every time I come to pick up an order here. 0/10 do not recommend for ANYONE
