$15 for soup?
YES $15 FOR SOUP!!!
But its not JUST soup.
Its PHO (Fuh)
You cannot make this at home. Pho is an art, an experience. There is nothing like working outside all day in the middle of December and slowly regaining motor control over your fingers by clutching a large bowl of beef and noodle
