Edit: Cafe Rio says they are going to sort this out for what it's worth, and we've been here a handful of times and have always felt fine. Maybe it was a fluke. Giving this location 3 out of 5 stars until we regain some trust here.

Cafe Rio used to be so good. Not sure what happened. The food in the pans looked like it hadn’t been stirred in 6-9 months. The sauce looked like it was a half jello - it wobbled. I was hungry so I ordered and ate. It tasted better than it looked but not by much. I vote Costa Vida.
