This restaurant is extremely clean, and the food is amazing! I loved the atmosphere as well. The serving size is very big and our order was ready within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for halal italian in the DMV area.

*WARNING* Can I have your attention please!! This place is amazing!! I come here from Delmar Maryland close to Ocean City Md. When I visit here I have to stop and get dinner from here. The food is amazing and always fresh. I love the Pesto Pasta it’s the best I’ve ever had and no one around makes it like this place does. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. If you have never been here I recommend you to stop and treat yourself and your family to something absolutely delicious. Congratulations Lil’ Italian Cafe for being the absolute best!!

Best halal Pizza and Italian food. The food is great. The owner is very nice and personally comes to the table to ask about the food. Pesto pasta is a must try. If you are looking for something spicier try the Saji chicken sub.

Lil’ Italian Cafe has become our go-to takeout spot! My personal favorite dish is the pesto pasta with grilled chicken, which is delicious and the portion is very generous. It comes with free garlic bread and a side salad too! I usually get two meals out of it. My partner has enjoyed their pizza and cheesesteaks a lot too!
The service is excellent; the employees working the register are always courteous and efficient in getting your order out quickly. I’ve never had to wait long for my food to be ready. Highly recommend!

It's a good place not fancy and reasonable. We were family of 4 and ordered 3 meals. For kids we ordered chicken tender which good. I ordered pesto pasta with no added meat. It was OK. I barely could test the pesto. It is a good restaurant but if I am in the area I will consider other options too.
They add %20 gratuity to the bill.

Nice halal burger/ pasta place. Reasonably priced but they do charge 18% gratuity which I don't like but still reasonably priced. Might do takeout if I'm in the area again.

We have been going to this location since the past several years. Sajid ALWAYS makes the best pizzas and my family not only LOVES the taste! The Lil Italian Supreme with tandoori chicken instead of sausage but everytime we have guests we always get it for them and everyone not only loves the taste but the quality of the pizza is always amazing and not to mention really delicious. Alhamdulillah this is a must try for everyone! This is our to go favorite location for getting pizzas. Whats there not to love when it comes to pizza, thats one thing you can't get wrong🍕

The place is very clean and the cooks worked fast. Overall service is great. My family comes here pretty often; most recently we had the chicken thikka pizza with extra chicken and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I’ve been a customer for quite some time now and its definitely worth a visit. I come almost every week and tend to get their steak and cheese and fries and it’s definitely worth the price for the portions. The menu is endless so you’re bound to find a dish you’ll love definitely recommend stopping by.

Stopped in for lunch. Standard Italian menu plus lots of South Asian food, in interesting combinations. Had the chicken parm sub and the Sajji chicken sub. Food was freshly prepared and tasted good. Spicy chicken sub was spicy 😃. Service was friendly and fast. There were many other items on the menu that I’d like to try if I’m ever back in the area.

Amazing food! The place is very spacious and clean, and the service is fast. Their Chicken sajji sandwich is our favorite as well as the chicken sajji pizza. The portion size is generous and they have great kids menu as well. We have tried the chicken tenders, fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs on the kids menu and my kids loved everything.

The owner went above and beyond to make our stay nice and tasty! The food was good, he always made sure we have enough and gave us free extras (water, garlic bread, cheese...). It was quiet and nice atmosphere.

Highly recommend for italian Food lovers with a desi touch. Customer service needs to be improved in term of responding quickly to the customers, moreover restaurant charge for gratitude service in the bill as default. Atmosphere as a whole is good but needs to be improved as it's been the same for years.

Me and my family had ordered a saji chicken pizza, double cheeseburger and also an order of their wings which were tossed in buffalo and tasted very nice and spicy as well as the pizza which was also very delightful. The double cheeseburger I had tried which was so flavorful and juicy was probably my favorite thing on the menu. Overall this place has such a variety of stuff to offer and is halal!

I tried the Swiss burger today and decided to add some egg on top of it and oh my this was probably the best burger I have ever had and it was served too me in a timely manner plus the best thing about it is that it is all halal!! it’s very hard to find something like this with absolute fresh ingredients nearby and I recommend people to try their burgers or anything as they have a big variety of items on their menu. their service is very kind and very generous and are always there to make sure your enjoying your time there
