The Pita Pit

Generally good food and a good value, though the serving sizes seem to have been getting smaller recently. I'm consistently satisfied with the food quality and they have a good selection of different ingredients including meats, veggies, hummus/avocado and very good sauces. A nice step up from Subway though, and that's usually good enough for me Tip: they'll grill up vegetables along with your protein selection if you ask in advance!

Tried the online order. Got to the store and they had forgotten to check the online orders. They apologized and we're very friendly. I didn't wait long for my order. It was like 5 minutes after my estimated time my order would be ready. They gave me a free soda for the wait. They guys were very outgoing and engaging. They have great customer service. My order was spot on and it was delicious.

This place has given up. I was there late at night. The cashier who takes your order is friendly enough. The problem is with the fellow who builds the pita. I ordered a breakfast pita with egg, ham and bacon, asking then to omit the potatoes. When I get to the stage where you choose your toppings, everything is scattered haphazardly. You can see the bags of pitas and spinach because they can't take the time to organize them and dipose of the bag. Only when my pita was almost done did they mention that because I asked to omit the potatoes, my pots would have only bacon and eggs. "Ham?" I ask. "No ham," he replies. No explanation, either, and not what I paid for. This location has fallen below Subway on the 24/7 sandwich hierarchy, which is somewhere I never thought I'd see Pita Pit.
