Best Donuts

We have visited this place millions of times and the donuts here are truly the best. We tried donuts all over the country, and they are never even in comparison to Best Donuts. The employees are friendly and the produce is always delicious and fresh. Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic as well. Always a pleasant experience.

This place has the best crullers! Adjusting my review on 3/15/22. I went there Friday 3/11/22 at 8:30pm. They are open 24 hours a day. I walked in and no one was around out front. I wait a few minutes and call out for someone. I can hear them in the back room. I tried yelling to them for 10 minutes and they would not come out so I left. When I got in my car I called there to let them know they lost a customer. They wouldn't even pick up the phone. Very disappointing.

After driving north on PCH we stopped at 3 different coffee locations. Sad, they ran out of sweets, food snacks or coffee ran out. We continued north on PCH and found this wonderful Donut shop called BEST DONUTS amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean, rated A, parking, and had our donuts slightly heated and had a great cup of coffee. Wonderful hit the spot. Prices are very reasonable, table seating and east to notice off PCH.

Once lived on the donuts from here. Recently revisited this fried pastry palace and again enjoyed, even with new operators. Four visits for office treats and their praises were running high. Fifth visit came after a period in which the business closed. When re-opened (within 12 to 36 hours), I again stopped for treats. The stench was horrid and I feared contamination. The odor was from spray to ward off bugs. This odor was prevalent for multiple days and surely affected my delight with donut quality. Use your sense of smell if its not the glaze or scent of a bakery, travel on!

Today was my first time there, horrible customer service, the lady is very mean and rude, I ask for 50 donuts, and her response was if I needed that many I should call first, I told her my apologies it was my first time there, and since then she was giving me attitude all the time and she starterscreaming on me, I told her she should treat her customer nicer, and I wasn't asking for anything free, it didn't matter I apologize to her,, she still giving me attitude, bad experience, I would never come back there.
