Certain attendees are not courtesy while others will go over and beyond to take your order., the word can be described as rude, when we see the rude ones at the counter we turn around and go right back out the door. The rudeness is due to returning cold fries for hot ones.

Went thru drive thru wanted to try the new wyrw burger and fries crinkle cut when I get home we have a double arbys sandwich ... That is not the new sandwich ... Just very disappointed why a simple order cannot b completed.i was told to come back and they will make a fresh one while i wait and the cold curley fries are awlful...

I love most if the food items. The freshmarket sandwiches are amazing. Arby's has one if the best fish sandwiches out of the fast food industry. Maybe be expensive but great quality of food products.

I was very clear when placing my order in the drive thru, but some how they still got it wrong. When my friend went inside to get my fries for me, because I'm currently in a wheelchair, they gave her a hard time and gave me burnt fries.

DO NOT USE APP!! SPENT +$50, half items weren't available for pickup. Told to seek refund via app. Sent message as instructed never received any contact back from corporate. So unless you want to lose $$ plus your food don't use!!! Mgmt could care less.

Everything went great. We ordered a very big order and they surprisingly got it all right. They were very nice as well.

Rueben Combo; NO SAUERKRAUT on sandwich, ( key ingredient) barely any corned beef on sandwich !!!! Couldn't believe there was barely any meat & no sauerkraut & it's SUPPOSED TO BE A REUBEN !! Unbelievable!! Total Waste of $$

I ordered a fish sandwich and while eating it I got a mouthful of bones. I ended up in emergency because I felt like I had a bone in my throat. I went back and talked to a manager and she said she would send a picture of the bones and a complaint to corporate. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from anybody.
