Wendy's was excellent like always. I purchase there egg and bacon, and chicken and maple bacon breakfast sandwiches and there coffee almost every morning for my husband and 91yr.old father he is very picky. My father also loves there baconactor sandwich. There Service is very good also.

For fast food places locally I can't really say any of them are great BUT Wendy's in Hermitage is fast and hasn't gotten any of my food wrong yet and I am definitely a plain eater who orders stuff without toppings all the time. Workers are nice too.

This place has gone downhill for me. The 4 for 4 isn’t even worth it anymore. It used to be so customizable, but now you can’t even upgrade the fries to baconator fries and the choices are now so limited. I went yesterday day to get a Junior bacon cheeseburger and was told they don’t even do that anymore in the 4 for 4. Very disappointing. The staff is ok at best. Most of them are friendly or atleast try to be. But there have been occasions where I don’t even want to eat because of the way I was talked to. They are also very disrespectful toward DoorDashers which I do on the side for extra money. The experience i has there while DoorDashing upset me so much I didn’t go back for 6 months. Don’t get rude with doordashers as we are just doing our job like you are. I probably won’t be back to a Wendy’s anytime soon as the care that was once there is no longer there. Disappointing.

Food has always been hot fresh and delicious. I give it 5 stars because the service is usually top notch. There is however one worker with a bad attitude. If I have another round with her then I will report her but other than that. Love the hermitage Wendy's.

The food is good for fast food and the prices are reasonable. There's usually a long wait in line because the restaurant inside is closed so you can only go through the drive thru. Just don't be in a hurry when you go!

They dropped one of our sandwiches on the floor and the kid on the line asked the cashier why she didn't just serve it anyway. Then while i was waiting for the replacement i witnessed the male manager wipe his nose on his hand numerous times and then salt the fries and portion them out without cleaning his hands.

I just went there after a long shift last night and not only was the food great the service was outstanding, it's was after 10 pm and to have that kinds of service is just wonderful!!!
