Placed Mobile order for pickup . All the store doors are locked and asked me to come to drive thru. Staff has pulled up my mobile order and asked me pull over , they will be right back with my order . I have waited for 30 min no response , went back to the drive through window(as all the store doors are locked up), staff person said “sorry forgot about your order” , waited for another 30 min no update . After one hours of waiting went back to the drive through window again to check on my order, staff responded saying they some how lost the order with rude attitude . I was trying to show my mobile order with order number, staff person says he doesn’t know about the app .
Really upset and they are customer time .

Unbelievable—We stopped at this KFC for a bathroom break and lunch before heading over to PetSmart. It was AWFUL. Doors were locked, no posting or info on the door so we tried the drive thru.
While we trying to order, there was so much hoopin and hollering and laughter in the background, and the woman taking our order was rude, her frustrated tone saying She Couldn’t Hear us—. We placed just a small order instead of eating a full lunch bc we were concerned already at how we were being spoken to just through the speaker…. Long story a little shorter, we spoke to Gail the “General Manager” she said. She kept talking over me and then started raising her voice and pointing her finger at me leaning out the drive through window.
I was shocked. I asked for the district managers name and number. She gave me a Cash Express post it note with no name and just a phone number on it. Ohh, and she told me it wasn’t a big deal, “It’s just chicken!” And the order was missing our cookie and a biscuit And the chicken was greasy.
When I called the number as we drove away, a young sounding man answered, and we both could hear ‘Gail’ yelling (about me) in the back ground. The teen tried to pretend he was the DM!! She had given me the restaurant’s phone number. I told ‘’Brian’ to tell Gail behind him that it was a nice try.
I googled KFC and got a corporate customer service number. Funny note, the manager at Petsmart had to open a second check out line, I was joking trying to shake off the horrible KFC experience and said to him, don’t go to KFC for lunch, they aren’t n a good mood today. His reply, oh yeah, They Never are!
It’s just chicken, so I recommend just getting chicken anywhere else.

It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of the day I go through this drive-thru. I get fast friendly service and the food is always fresh and hot. I have to say this store is the only drive-thru restaurant I can speak this HIGHLY about here recently. I don't know his name but the tall African-American gentleman at the window is always super friendly and fast

Went though drive though to get a simple chicken sandwich box meal and ask to pull around the entire front of the building like I’m in there eat been out here like twenty minutes never again will you find me here I already paid so stuck …

They are so rude definitely horrible place

Making customers wait 15-18 minutes in line just to order. After the wait be prepared to have to order taken with a bad attitude! 😡

Not a good experience. I ordered drive-through and the employee wasn't even close when we pulled up to the window. Had to reorder and she got a huge attitude.
When our food was finally ready she basically threw the food at me, again with major attitude. This happened today, 12/26/20 at 1:30. Is this really the best you can do??

Went thru the drive thru and the girl had a attitude from the jump, was rushing my order. Then when I pulled to window no masks were on that I could see , she was having side conversations with someone inside, wasn’t paying attention, & got my order wrong . Long story short y’all need a better staff . After I got my order fixed , the food met my expectations. But the customer service is definitely a no go , won’t be returning
