Went to Guidon on a Sunday while visiting and it was great. The staff were chill and all the food is delicious. My daughter and I couldn't get enough of the beer cheese and pretzels -- and the plain jane burger was cooked perfectly. I was so happy someone gave us the recommendation to go there.
Big selection of beers - light, dark, hoppy & not. German theme with military theme too. Hops growing on the covered patio- next to the inside bar. Space for inside upstairs too.

Great tasting cold beer and great prices! Generous size portions and a good price! Loved the Octoberfest! Food tastes great and what a friendly staff! I definitely recommend this place to have a beer and food!
They have a great space, indoors and out. The beers are excellent. German styles are some of my favorites so I'm right at home here. They have managed to take what could have been a simple warehouse space and have turned it into a comfortable and cozy brewery, where you can come with family or friends and feel comfortable.. Food trucks are a great addition!
Edit: Milk and Honey Food Truck was there last night and the bison burger was cooked perfectly, the homemade buns were delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy and delicious! I can't find them on Google to write their own review so I'm going to add the picture and review here!
Cool little spot close to the downtown Hendersonville epicenter! Their kitchen was not open today but there was an awesome little food truck on site. I think this was my first scotch ale and it was absolutely wonderful. The food truck did not disappoint. When they say fried chicken Sammy they mean it.
We had our very small reception here after our wedding last month, and the brewery was amazing. Very organized, accommodating, good service, cheap and delicious beer! Great atmosphere, with inside and outside seating areas and cornhole for the kids!
Donnie and Marcia really took care of us and made food like how your mom would make. Very kind team working there and the beer selection is fantastic!!! Their Open Mic on Thursdays is the best in the area.
Guidon has done a great job developing their property. They have their own kitchen where their chefs prepare a selection of traditional German/American fare. The food is delicious! My friend and I stopped by today on our quest to sample all of the breweries in our area. Of the 20 plus on our list, Guidon is a keeper and we will definitely return with friends and family. The beers are genuine German craft and the warmed soft pretzels with dipping sauce made my day. Nice seating outdoors with unobtrusive classic rock rounds out a great experience!
Great beer! Great food, the brussel sprouts are phenomenal! Also the bratwurst with saurkraut. There was karaoke which turned in to an impromptu trivia night which was so much fun. I will definitely be back and I will bring friends. The patio was a very chill spot to sit and enjoy the evening. Kids and dogs were welcomed too!
Out adventuring in the area for the day and on a hot summers day in July it’s always best to find a local watering hole. We were pleasantly surprised by the brews on hand and the selection available. Friendly staff and great laid back atmosphere. Plenty of covered outdoor seating and indoor options. Food truck usually on-site. Worth the stop and worth a few brews with friends! Group favorites Irish Red, Nitro Stout, Hefeweizen, and the English Brown. Cheers!!
