The food tastes great, the portions are huge, the staff is friendly and keeps your drinks filled. There's alot of seating so there wasn't a wait to be seated. We are sold.
It is so good. I have eaten there every time I come to Hendersonville. The owners are great and so is the service.

The food was really good! The salsa bar looked great, and the variety in sauce textures was a nice touch. Our server was friendly, even if they forgot a thing or two. Had a good time eating here!
Met friends there. It fit the need. Was open Sunday afternoons. Good food, place to sit and talk, a few beers. Family friendly. Food decent, didn’t take long, service good. Spent 3 hours there. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go there but would go again if looking for something in Hendersonville.

Amazing food. Even better service. My first time here, however you could see the interaction between wait staff and customers indicated they knew each other well. Can't wait to feel the same, I'm coming back soon!

Had a dinner date, and I love trying new things and I was not disappointed!, this place feels so cozy and warm. The staff were the nicest!, and the food was to good!, so glad we found this place!.
I tried Janitzio for the first time yesterday, and I liked it. The place is large and very clean. There were tons of cars in the parking lot, but our table of 6 was easily handled.
The service was spectacular. Our server was on top of every detail.
The food was good. Not great, but good. I'm not an expert concerning Mexican Cuisine, and I probably favor more Tex-Mex, but I enjoyed my meal.
I will go back.

Great menu and selection! I enjoyed the shrimp soup (a dozen shrimp!) on a cool and rainy night. The service is always friendly and prompt.
Everything was very tasty. My husband ordered the big chimichanga and was surprised by just how big it actually was! I had the special dinner which had 4 different items on the two plates, plus rice, beans, guacamole, and lettuce salad. The waiters were very attentive and the prices were just right. The atmosphere was a little noisy at times but not so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation.
My love for authentic Mexican restaurants does not die as I find another gem. This place has great choices. As exhausted as I was after trudging through the green river narrows nearby, the food here brought my spirits back up for the four hour drive back.
Highly recommend the pollo con crema.

What a fantastic classic mexican joint. Delightful flavors, wallet friendly prices, big portions, thoughtful and attentive service. Bravo!
I liked my $7 lunch. The lunch menu is on the lower half of the last page of the menu (inside of menu)
It is called a Beef Burrito and it is. It's full of just ground beef, no veggies or cheese inside but that's ok with me. It came with a side of shredded lettuce, tomato and sour cream on the side as well as a large scoop of rice.
Service was Excellent for a busy lunch crowd. My waitress was a very beautiful senorita!

Ok, I'm adding to my original review! Just went to Janitzio and ordered a "Janitzio Burger". This burger is incredibly delicious. Here's my take. Most hamburgers at "most" places, the hamburgers itself is somewhat bland but the toppings provide the most flavor but this Janitzio Burger is different. That hamburger is bursting with flavor and then topped with ham, lettuce, tomato and jalapeños peppers (or you can hold the peppers.......the results is the best hamburger I've ever eaten. Next time you are craving a great hamburger, head over to Janitzio's.......you won't be disappointed. My wife got a regular cheeseburger and same results.....a great cheeseburger.
