The food here is almost always on par with McDonald's standards, meaning it is good for the value. Great sweet tea every time. Although this particular store has a very high turnover rate with employees. Because of that you will have problems placing your order and getting the correct order pretty often. It's pretty much a 50/50 shot. But like I said, great sweet tea EVERY SINGLE TIME!

The morning crew is awesome! Always helpful with my large order and they are very friendly and fast. This crew deserves a raise and a huge bonus! I buy food from a lot of places all across texas they are one of the best!

The Henderson, Texas Macdonald's knows what they're doing. We stopped in for Breakfast this morning. Everything was cooked perfect, even the Hash browns. Thanks for a nice meal.

Worst service ever! I did not even get my whole order. If they don’t want to work there get another job, don’t make the customers service their worst experience ever. My food was not even wrapped it was just thrown in the bag. Manager got angry because there were not enough minutes on her clock for her to fix our order. Go somewhere else people !

It was not a good experience, at all. There was nobody else in the drive thru, and greeted in a fair tone. But after a few moments. I was still staring at a blank order screen. So, i asked, "whats wrong with the menu?" The lady over the intercom said abruptly, "it'll pop up in a few seconds". I gave it about another 15-20 seconds, and still no menu.
Needless to say, I'm not going to this McD's again.

This place has gone south after Carol sold. I had my heart set on breakfast and was waiting at the register to order, no one else in front of me and also nobody there to take my order. I waited about 8 minutes and at exactly 10:30 an employee returned to the register, i ordered breakfast and she said sorry we are no longer serving breakfast. I replied, I've been waiting here 8 minutes, certainly you have something left for me. She said sorry sir, I can't do it.
Carol had this place running like a well oiled machine. Sure do miss her. I walked out. I tried again another day, I walked inside at 6.30am and the lady at the counter said, "sorry sir, our lobby is closed, but the drive thru is open."
I said, "I walked here, can I please order to go?"
She said, "Sorry, we cant."
So, I went outside and walked up to the drive thru window and asked to order, the man said, "We can't serve you sir."
So I went to Wendy's and spent $10. Plus the music inside McDonald's is so loud, you wouldn't want to sit inside anyway. Wendy's is my new place now.

Order board broke, unable to see menu and as a family who goes to mcdonalds once every 6 months, we needes to see a menu. Was told to pull to the first window and the cashier KS#13 (older blonde lady that wears blue eyeliner) was extremely rude and acted put off to have to pull a menu. She even went as far to roll her eyes. With todays economy and raising prices you would think that the company would want someone working for them with better attitudes. I wish I could say this is my first negative experience with Henderson Mcdonalds, but its not and this is why we only go once every 6 months. Id rather spend my money and go next door to sonic where their employees are always nice and a pleasure. Henderson Mcdonalds, do better!!
