Debbie’s Bistro in Henderson, Texas is a wonderful find. I googled for the best sandwiches/lunches and Debbie’s was rated the best. My first visit for a Reuben sandwich to go was worth the long wait time as they were extremely busy. I actually finished my sandwich for dinner and it was still great

The staff at Debbie's Bistro is amazing! The sandwiches are above all others. We had the California Club, and the roast beef sandwich. The California Club is served on a sweet jalapeno roll and was much better than I had anticipated. The pasta salad is just like Grandma used to make. I highly recomm
