Oh this was gross. Rice came out as mashed potatoes . Corn on cob was mush. All condiment bottles disgusting. Chicken fried steak was ok. Receipt has an admin fee. Different prices for cash or credit. Had to ask for sides to be removed from ticket. Paid for the 2 catfish filets. By the way this was 11:00 am on Monday

Very good experience at HushPuppies. Our portions were considerable and had a great taste (the cooking oil was fresh). The fillets and shrimp were meaty and well breaded. I really liked the okra too. The gumbo was traditional. Pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. If this review was helpful, please "like" it.

I ordered fried shrimp, my son had the all-you-can-eat catfish fillets. Both were perfect! Beans and fried okra were delicious as well. Our server, Matthew, was very friendly, polite and attentive. By far the best dining experience I've had lately.

Really good food! The staff is always friendly too! My wife and I love the seafood, and my kids love the burgers. On a whim I tried the burger and was surprised at how good a burger can be at a seafood restaurant! If you're in the mood for catfish, shrimp, or even burgers then you should check this place out!

There was a fly in my to go order I am truly disappointed and disgusted. The food is usually good but this time it was horrible make sure you don’t have fly in your food.

Tonight was absolutely the worst service I have ever had. We had 14 in our party 7 adults and 7 kids. We couldn’t have made the break down of the bills any easier my husband and I took all the kids so the other checks were couples and one single plus an order to go. Well that’s were the night went bad it took over an hour to get our food. My husband had to tell the waitress to fill our sons drink as it came out only half full. Our daughter in law had to wipe the table down because there was stuff on it when we sat down. When our food finally came 2 of our grandchildren didn’t get their food and when it finally came everyone else was done and my granddaughter ended up taking hers home to eat. My son asked repeatedly for napkins and got none my daughter went to another table to get some. Some of us got refills the rest weren’t even asked. Well I will tell you that was the worst $111.00 that I have ever spent and will never go there again the whole staff needs to be retained on customer service. Don’t go here unless you want poor service . Definitely not worth the money in any sense of the word.

Went in the afternoon wasn't really busy food was good came out at a decent time and nice server as well will return again

We'll got a kids chicken and the chicken was so hard she couldn't eat it also got a senior two piece catfish and a five piece catfish dinners and the catfish wasn't done in the seniors French fries were cold also on the five piece catfish my catfish was over cooked and crispy my French fries were cold and the hush puppy was overdone never had food this nasty there before today

Used to be the best in town, but it’s really going down hill. Service and food are inconsistent. I sat in the parking lot and ordered to go. They said 15-20 minutes. I waited 10 and went through the drive through. The food was already waiting in a bag. Glad I didn’t wait longer! The squash was cold and doughy. Not fried long enough at all. That’s gotten to be typical. Shrimp were doughy as well. My parents have stopped going altogether. It takes a lot to get them to drop a restaurant. PLEASE get it together. Meet with your staff and teach them. Check on your tables to make sure the food is good- at least after it’s delivered. Lately it seems that no 9ne cares. I will add a screenshot of my family’s conversation about recent visits.

Great food and friendly staff! They always make us feel welcome and like family, we drive 60 miles each way to dine at this great establishment. The fried green bean appetizer is out of this world good, my folks love the all you can eat fried catfish and we've never left there hungry! Everything we have ever ordered on our many visits was very good. We definitely have our favorite servers, but everyone there we've noticed consistently stays moving the whole time maintaining their duties.

Good prices, healthy eating options, friendly staff, good atmosphere. It's a great find for Henderson. I recommend it. I had the grilled fish, broccoli, and beans. The meal was about $7 and it was well worth it.

March 2016 was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had. But today after a 2 year boycott, we decided to give them another try, and I can say it was great!!! The seafood player was very good!!! Everything was cooked right, the waiter was on point all the time!!! Great experience. Much better than 2 years ago.

We went to dinner on January 15 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food was good, as usual, but the service was not. The employees were so busy talking about the weather and goofing off that our order was messed up 3 times. In fact, we canceled part of our order because the server didn’t turn it in to the kitchen. This was the second time we had poor service at Hushpuppies. I really like the food, but poor service can spoil the experience.

It always been darn great when we go there and I get to full don't know when to stop
