Review Domino's Pizza - Henderson

Just moved here from Rhode Island. Dominos is my favorite pizza. I ordered on average 2 times a week. I ALWAYS order 2 medium handmade pan pizza. The thick crust is my favorite. Order today and picked up at store. Drove all the way home to open up my pizza and there was no crust at all on. Literally. No crust. The pizza was also ridiculously under cooked. The middle of the pizza was dough. When I called they tried telling me that the handmade pan pizza doesn’t come with crust…For 7 years ive been getting this style pizza, never once had the issue of no crust on the pizza. The crust on the handmade pizza is the reason I order it. Even on their website it goes into deep detail of the handmade pan pizza crust. I’m just so annoyed that they tried telling me this pizza has no crust. Like Wth? Also, they wouldn’t deliver me a new pizza but said I could come in and get a free one. No. Thanks. I’m including a picture of a normal pan pizza and the pizza I received today.

The store in Henderson needs serious attention. This is the second time I ordered on line for curbside, only to get there and find that they had not even started my order. The claim of getting a free piza if they are late is a lie, the staff acted as if they could care less, people were canceling their call in orders and getting refunds, only to be told that the refund could take 3 to 5 days. The quality is not what is advertised. I ordered a Hawaiian and as you can see in the picture it was no where near what they advertise. Do Better Domino's!

Medium thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese…18.00 - over cooked and burnt but the grease kept it chewable 8 pc wings - undercooked…no crisp whatsoever Garlic twist - the only decent thing we had! Hoping it helps soak up the grease Total bill…….$38.00 STAY AWAY

We placed an online order at 6:51p.m. We received the food at 9:06p.m. The pizza was cold, the cheese pizza was burnt, hardly no pepperoni on the pizza, wings were not cooked as asked, one order the sauce was just thrown on top of the wings, the dipped sauce was laying in the chicken, you cannot get in contact with someone in the store, the call center tell lies and then they dropped the calls, the driver did not know what was going on, watch the map of every move of the driver and he passed my area twice (I have to follow the GPS from Domino's per Nick the driver). This has been the worse. Need a place to put -0. According to the pizza tracker, the pizza did not go in the oven until literally 25+ min after I ordered it.. It also said pizza left the store at 8:19p.m.

I was told the oven are set on high they can't help its burned. Don't you guys quality check? Would you serve this? I recieved my refund but you guys have definitely lost a customer. I always ate Domino's even sometimes when the food was not that hot or my order was wrong , everyone is entitled to mistakes. However this was it and the rudeness of the workers the only person nice was the delivery driver Dale who said if I had been at the oven this would not have been sold.

I’ve tried to order online twice and they canceled the order both times. I then called the store to place my order where it was canceled again. I proceeded to call the store and explained what was happening and they expressed that they couldn’t explain why it was doing that and they transferred me to corporate and the phone hangs up.

They never have drivers 🙄 sometimes I just want to be lazy and eat a sub but they have to do better with service . Food is okay most times and SOME staff is good . But needs better driver service for I want have to leave my house that’s the reason for DELIVERY correct

If I could give Henderson, NC Dominos Store # 8839 a rate of 0 I would! Multiple times I have had to wait a extended amount of time to receive my order through delivery. However, this last order has done it for me. My order has been sitting in “quality check” for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I called the store to make sure my order was still placed and let’s just say the customer service is so distasteful. The first time I called someone answered and then hung up. The second time I called someone answered, didn’t say hello or anything just said “we are not taking any orders” and then they hung up on me. I called a third time and someone answered but said “please hold” I waited for 30 minutes until someone was able to assist. The employee states that they don’t have any drivers and cannot deliver my order. No one called to notify me or anything. This has been a waste of time and energy. If I would have been notified I would have been able to find something else for dinner. This is just mind blowing that Domino’s of Henderson, NC customer service is so terrible. This will not happen again because for now on I will not be ordering from Domino’s again. Especially not from Dominos in Henderson, NC Store # 8839. Waste of a building.
