Review Rally's Hamburgers - Henderson

How hard is it to get an order right...they was not busy I was only one in line. I have gone there for years for the fries.

I had never heard of this place before tonight. I stopped for another place but they were closed. Rally's was still open at 2:30 a.m. and I am so happy they were. That was, hands down, the best burger and fries that I've had in a loong time. And the whole crew was so friendly, I couldn't ask for a better first time visit experience. From now on I will be seeking out a Rally's near me. 😎👍

This place use to be cheaper have great deals and the services were faster. I have gone 2 times recently after midnight and it's been a let down. The people are very cold. They don't acknowledge you when you pull to the window and they had you a drink then close the window and then when food is ready they open it back and have you the straw and your food and shut the window not one word. Wow

We were in the Henderson area with our 6 year old grandson. We wanted to eat at Rally's this day. I noticed the girl at the drive thru window kept snickering and whispering. She was really unprofessional!!! We ordered some food with ice cream cones as well. We ate at the outdoor tables to enjoy the weather. The food tasted great and it makes for a great memory with our grandson!!!

Slowest place I have been to in a while that was named a fast food restaurant. You had to get completely upset before you could start to order. Fries were cold but decent burgers.

TOO EXPENSIVE! You can now get 2 Rally Burgers for $4 (I remember when they were 89 cents about 10 years ago) They didn't taste good, had a distinct underarm smell!? No way was a little Rally burger Coupon discounted to $2! Probably won't be back. PS. I was there at off time, when they finally answered, they asked me to wait... I did. They finally came back and asked what I wanted I said 2 for $4 and had oupon... I finally drove off after a 10 min visit with near cold burgers - why didn't I get 2 freshly cooked burgers? Maybe one was older and 2nd one freshly cooked? Cause why did I wait so long? Amswer was they were changing out the drawer!

Every time we stop here they say the ice cream machine isn't working. The burgers are always put to together sloppy and they are very messy to eat. The only delivery is through doordash. And doordash up charges each item Plus delivery fees and other fees it's just not worth the delivery.

I waited in line for 20 minutes and never got to the order window. Only 1 car ahead of me and it looked like they never took his order. I just moved to town and had never been at a Rallies before. I will not go back

What a joke this place is. First we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. We only received 1/2 of our food, one sandwich was wrong. When we told the employee, She rolled her eyes. When we finally get the rest of what they say is our order it is still not correct. Needless to say by this point we are quite aggravated. We gave back the wrong food again and Left without a refund or corrected food. It's not worth the time, aggravation or money to fool with this business, or employees.

The place is filled with rude employees who are stupid and can't tell the difference between a fake $20 bill and a real $20 bill

I just went to rally close to closing time... I know how workers start to slack and not care... but my food was so disgusting and tasted like it was out all day... I love rallys don't get me wrong but I knew better to eat there so late but it one of the only places open late.... never again

Ordered a #2 which is a Bacon Cheeseburger no mustard......the receipt had a #10 chili cheese dog no mustard....and I received chicken strips!!!!! Wtf!!! Not what I wanted and tasted like sh*t!!!

They gave me a wrong order and told me I was lying. They also was using profanity.

HORRIBLE! Rude, dirty, and don't know how to do there jobs! My husband and I went there and when we ordered this younger red headed girl was working drive-thru and she was ungodly rude! She was rude to us over the speaker, we had seen a sign for a free promotional burger (right hand side when we had already pulled past the speaker to order)if we texted a number so we did for the hell of it and we pulled up and showed her the code while we were smiling and very nice and she looked at us and gave us the dirtiest look, yelled back to the cook and told him we had ordered one and he proceeded to yell "HELL NO". Then she handed us her drinks and she yelled at another worker that her line was backed up because of us... there was one person behind us... and we wernt there but a couple minutes.. rolling her eyes staring off with a dirty look on her face while drinking something. We finally got our food and it was all COLD! Definitely not a safe serving temperature for the food that we ordered! There were bits and pieces of another sandwich we did not order (looked like steak pieces also cold) wrapped up in our food wrappers, and it was plain disgusting! We tryed calling the store 3 times to tell a manager and find a solution but they ignored every call, big surprise from a manager who would allow such horrible service and rude people who don't want to do there jobs in the slightest!

Love the food... BUT...Freakin SLOW service!!! Stopped in to grab something real quick on my way to work... SO I THOUGHT!!! Sit in drive thru for 15 minutes with just 2 cars in front of me...sad for "FAST" food... NEED TO STEP UP UR GAME RALLY'S!!!
