Sonic Drive-in

I went to this sonic location in Henderson ky on January 4th 2021. I ordered the number one which is a sonic cheeseburger meal with no mayo or mustard and in its place ketchup, pickles and onions. I got that with tator tots and and a drink, as well as mozzarella cheese sticks. I got everything the way I ordered it. The burger was right, which it hasn't been on two occasions at the sonic north side sonic in madisonville ky. They didnt put cheese on it either time and I order it everytime there. The tater tots were good and crispy and didnt fall apart when you pick them up. And I give this sonic a 5 start rating

After reading some of these reviews I realize im not the only one with negative experiences. This summer I have left twice because I waited over 15 minutes for a response after I pushed the button. People that showed up after I did was waited on. Last time I went, I did get a response. I ordered a diet cherry limeade. I got it and put my drink in holder. I made another stop and took a drink. Had to spit it out. Basically soda water and 2 pieces of lime. I threw it away. This place needs an overhaul.

We got our food, unfortunately we did not get the sauce for the mottzorella sticks. We called back and asked for some, they did not respond just hung up. We waited about 5 mins called back and a young lady by the name of Makenzie answered, we asked again for sauce. She said it would be right out. Another 5 mins we wait. By now the sticks are cold. I called back in and this time the same girl answers I said it had been 10 minutes since we first called, she said it's not been 10 minutes I'll bring it myself. (Mind you she had brought our food in the first place). Normally I would have went up and got the sauce myself however I didn't have mask with me at the time.
