At Henderson Dairy Queen right now and there have been 2 customers asking for their blizzards to be remade due to no toppings in them, a lady that waited over 20 minutes for a hot fudge sundae, a couple who never got their fries for their order, their gravy was so watery it poured down their daughte

Was asked to pull around and park to make there times look better. Strike one. Took forever to get our food. Almost 20 minutes. Strike 2. Got our order and half was missing. I will not go back.

Blizzards practically half melted when i received them. Also, they were very skimpy as far as the contents of the dessert. Worst DQ experience I have had in the last 20 years.

This is the slowest Dairy Queen/fast food restaurant I have ever been to, each and every time. Whether there’s 20 cars or 2, expect to be here for at least 20-30 minutes, AT LEAST.

Waited 40 minutes for a $7 meal deal and an ice cream cone. In the process watched an employee drop a wrapped "sauce" that was dropped on the ground then served to a customer 🤢

Terrible. Arrived 45 min after open. Absolutely no lights on in dining room. We questioned whether they were even open. Walked in straight up to the counter. Stood there for 12-15 minutes while 2 employees took orders from 1 drive thru. 3 other employees just walking around talking. When we left the

It's the only Dairy queen in town so it's usually really busy. The food is always good but you'll have to wait on it. Your only other (good) options in town for ice cream in town are Sonic or Dariette which also stay busy.

This was not a great experience. The customer service was almost nonexistent (no one greeted us when we arrived). The heat was broken so it was very cold in the dining area. Our Blizzard orders where all incorrect. And we waited a very long time for our food.
