I’m not the type to leave reviews cause I usually don’t mind simple mistakes. But really? It’s 48 degrees outside, I order a hot drink and waited 30 minutes just to get this order at my door. A cold latte on a cold day where I was looking forward to a hot drink. And the drink wasn’t even mixed on top of that and looked melted and nasty. This location has never impressed me and has always been bad, but I never expected them to be this bad. If that word “hot” doesn’t trigger you to think making a cold drink is dumb at least let the weather tell you to check again

This is one the friendlier Dunkin’ spots in the Vegas area. The staff is always smiling and makes your day a little better before and after coffee.

It seems like someone they recently hired keeps forgetting to put the egg on the sandwiches (happened twice within the span of one week!!!)

This location is always out of some flavors of donuts, and their coffee hardly ever tastes good anymore. They rush the coffee usually because of how busy they are, and it's either weak and tastes like water or disgustingly strong like mud. We don't mind waiting for fresh coffee, so it's very disappointing when we pay $4 and it falls below the Dunkin standard.

Dunkin' offers quite a variety of sweet treats and not so sweet stuff. We love the bagel bites! Very cool! Easier to chew than an actual bagel. The Everything ones are the best! In my opinion and thats all that matters in my mouth. Lol

awesome customer service! i ordered a coffee and some food but it was taking a minute so they had me pull around to the front. there was a bit of a mix up and they didnt think i was in the car since i have super tinted windows. so i went in after a while for a status update and they both remade my food so it was fresh and threw in a couple donuts! super rad, thank you so much!
