The cashier's are very nice and friendly. The 711 always seems to have more of a selection of goodies. When compared with other convenience stores. Plus for some reason the 711 just always seem like it has a better feel to it then other convenient stores.

Awkward, quiet, and semi-irritated cashiers that hardly spoke at all. Their presence made everyone uncomfortable and it was dreadful. Would stop anywhere else.

I’ve never complained about a 7/11 or store but this has to addressed, the entire store smells of some kind of mildew, it envelopes the store to where I smelt on me later, and could smell it on my beef jerky and drink. The worst experience I’ve ever had, and this 7/11 has been like this for years ewe

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Stay away at ALL COSTS!!!! If I can give this zero starts I would. Worst customer service EVER!! I have received better customer service from an ATM. Clerk refuses to honor his own prices that he has advertised!!! Then he treats you as if you're an idiot even with the proof of advertisement in his face!!! Then he proceeds to respond in a "I don't care, pay full price or get out". It has nothing to do with money, the items could have been easily afforded. It's a matter of lack of respect and poor customer service. Went to the 76 down the street and HAPPILY paid full price just to recieve better service. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

I bought cigarettes here twice in the past week because I was at the bar on the corner watching the hockey game and ran out. The first time, the cashier pointed out how expensive much my cigs were and quoted me a rough estimate on the cost per cigarette. I made it clear that the information wasn’t helpful. Tonight was the second time, and he said “Oh right, the expensive ones. How many packs do you smoke a day?” Mind you, this was three days apart. I didn’t answer his question and told him I didn’t need his judgement. Just making sure his manager is aware of how he treats customers.

I don't think I've ever been treated this poorly in a store in my life. I went in to use the restroom and buy a drink. I discovered the restroom was out of order, so I turn to leave, and immediately have an elderly woman push past me stating "I need this first" song as it was closed, I wished her good luck and went to the cashier, who then explained that the washroom was in fact not closed. So, I returned to the washroom and waited. After ten minutes, the lady exited and proceeded to berate me, stating that she "doesn't have to provide the customer a restroom" as she steps into the MANAGERS OFFICE and sits down. What followed was a pathetic argument over common human politeness. I don't care if she needed the restroom more than I did, she could have politely stated that fact and i would have obliged. But her incorrigible attitude, coupled with the other employees' disinterest in doing anything about it, made me decide to use the restroom, berate the staff, especially the old hag, and leave. I'll never go there again.

Unfortunately this 7-Eleven is very similar to the way a DMV might treat you. They do everything that they can to not help you. I walked in one night to to purchase a simple Uber gift card. As I walked in I noticed that the only employee working was actually gambling on the in-store machine. I grabbed the gift card from the shelf and walked to the counter. When he finally reaches the counter he tells me, "I can't do that." After I figured out by that he meant he is unable to reload gift cards, I ask to add money to my PayPal account using the barcode feature. He said then, "Can't do that either." After I asked him what exactly he CAN do, he blankly stares at me and I swore I could hear the elevator music that constantly plays in place of normal brain function. This place is a bad joke and puts a bad name out for 7-Eleven's everywhere.

I have stopped in 3 times for chicken fingers while working late. I stopped at hours between 10:30 pm and 2:00 am during the night shift. The elderly woman working the counter the first night said their oven was off. It clearly was not. The second night she said she did not know how to cook anything in the oven. The third night after i got irritated and said that was unacceptable and asked her name she suddenly said she didn't know how to make what I wanted and that all that was prepped or made in the morning. Each time I went a few miles to another 7 Eleven and they promptly made me my chicken fingers and asked if i wanted anything else.. Very very poor customer service at thus store. Whither its her fault or her managers is not my problem. No other store i have been to i have encountered this.
