Been in line for 30mins with only 3cars in front of me. I only get a 30min launch. This sucks. What's happening even???? Now I'll be over time on launch probably get yelled at. Should've just went somewhere else. Like all the other 5cars doing circles in the parking lot. I will not be coming back unless there's nobody in line. It's the only way to get back to work and eat how sad.

Honestly wonderful! I was a little nervous about all the sad reviews but this place is great despite the trouble they go through. Met the manager Sethi while I dined in and she shared that they are doing their best to get back up to par. Most of their staff aren’t there leaving only 2-3 of them both in the morning and at night. I’m sure they don’t even get breaks. Served me hot food today and it was great! Please be nice to fast food workers as they are human too. They are doing what they can to get back up to where they were before. If this place isn’t what you like, go somewhere else and leave it at that! Sick and tired of hearing how much people come back “knowing” they don’t like this place. But from me, 5 stars and I will be back! Really friendly staff and will give you wonderful service if you give them a chance.

As far as Wendy's goes this was a very good one. You came in on an Easter Sunday and they were open and very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The food was excellent as well. If you're in the mood for a Wendy's and you happen to be in Henderson I highly recommend this one. Nice job staff!

Why don't they just close this location already! I refuse to go but my fiance has had many hard lessons. Maybe today was really the last straw for him.
This location rarely prepares a meal properly. They often don't have salads, which is what we primarily go for and if you do order a sandwich, it is missing tomatoes or something.
Today he went for apple pecan salads and yes, to this wrong location. First, the drive in speaker was iinoperable. Still. Then he was told that they only had enough grilled chicken for one salad, so he had to agree to have one prepared with fried chicken. Uh, we are trying to eat healthy salads! Who is responsible for their inventory?
He finally arrived home with two apple pecan salads but they had no pecans. He drove back to get them but they admitted to being out of them! When he asked for a refund so that he could have them prepared properly at another location, they could not give proper change.
I don't want any establishment to prepare a salad for me that operates so poorly! Do yourself a favor and patronize the location a mile or so around the corner!
Health Tips
Should not take 30 minutes and I drive through with five cars! Plus ordered in advance through food app for pick up what’s the point if you still have to wait this long!

I currently love their breakfast biscuit sandwiches however today it was not worth it.
This location has its speaker broken for some months now so you must order at the pay window. Today I play my order and they informed me it would be 4 additional minutes for the biscuits. 10 minutes later they give me my drink. An additional 12 minutes after that I get my food and it. Is. Cold and undercooked. With no one in the lobby and one car in front of me I entirely fail to comprehend how they could achieve such low standards.
TLDR - waited 22 minutes for fresh food that was undercooked and cold.

Great service in the beginning. Short staffed so it went a bit slower after awhile. Good was hot fresh. I personally am disappointed in the new Honey Chicken Sandwich. Was not like picture and it packed honey. You cannot say honey Chicken without the honey. Not to BEE funny, but it's like all they did was wiped a bee's butt with the bun that's how much honey the sandwich had. Smh. Again I enjoyed the rest of the experience because that's all my daughter wanted for her bday...

Drive thru out so had to order at window so you think your food would be hot. Hamburger cold and chili tasted old. Husband threw it out said was not even fit for our dog. Don’t order the chili 🤢😡

Went to get dinner yesterday and besides getting attitude from the person on the drive-thru. I took the coupons they sent in the flyers. They gave us a problem with everything. The food was old the burgers were not complete. They left out the lettuce tomato. Don't recommend this Wendy's. The teller said it was what his manager wants us to do. Sad sad sad.

Came here tonight at 6 p.m. With a major big order 11 meals with drinks + 11 frosty I was prepared for a major problem and attitude got neither matter of fact opposite the boy behind the register was so sweet and funny professional and the young gentleman that was putting the order together also very courteous friendly not one mistake was made awesome awesome awesome way to go windy way to go guys great customer service great experience if I could give you 10 stars I would. Highly recommend this restaurant
