Worst customer service ever. I'm disabled, used the drive thru and they told me since my food wasn't ready I have to come in. I said I'd wait since no one else was in line. Spent 30 dollars here the prices are up alot more, then they messed up my order on top of that & if your gonna raise your prices why cut down the amount of turkey you put on the sandwich. Literally a sliver of meat on the sandwich. Next time ill make it at home save my time and money.

You could only use a drive though. For there is only a drive through I have never heared of such of a place, let alone a Arby's. Had we had not been at a Dr.'s office all morning and still had a 2 hour drive home we would have said FORGET IT!! 😒
