🚫WOW!! HOW HORRIBLE & DISAPPOINTING! Lowest level of customer services at the Horizon Drive location.🚫 We ordered and our order was completely wrong. We called and told them, they said that we will give you credit on the subs ordered. We trashed the wrongly done subs and WE decided today to pick up

I just wanted to say Thank you to the employees of this location(Horizon). I ordered a small tray for a get together for a client of mine. The quality and presentation was beautiful. She was very happy. Thank you

I've been to better locations. This place always looks a bit dirty and ratty. Not to mention I have to now go there in person to place my order to prevent mayo from being put on a sandwich that clearly stated no Mayo. Took 3 times to learn my lesson.

Ordered my (1 regular) sandwich and watched 4 groups of people greater than 2 who ordered after me get there food before me, had to ask the person who took my order about my food and he said they didn't have the order. Terrible service and very unorganized.

Worst location in the valley not paying $30 bucks for two bread and lettuce sandwiches again,also this location is very slow… the location at rail road pass is a consistent capriotti’s do yourself and drive alil further

The food was great! The cashier was super nice. The store was very clean. They only get a 4 Star because when I walked in nobody said anything to me but they did say hello and welcome to the next person in the door. 😢

This used to be an excellent location. The last 3 times we have ordered from this location our order wasn’t ready until at least 25 minutes after the pickup time we were told, and on all 3 occasions the order was incorrect when we got home. The cleanliness of the store has been declining as well.
