I don't understand how this place has so many mixed reviews. I went there today and got a Philly Cheese Steak on an onion bagel, it was awesome, I loved it! The bagel was soft, the meat was perfect and the girl who served me was very pleasant. I will definitely eat there again!

Decent bagel spot in Henderson. Went on a Friday at 9:30 and the bagels didn't taste super fresh, but they were better than most bagels in Vegas. If I'm in the area, I'll go back, but I won't go out of my way for a bagel from here.

I go to Brooklyn Bagel almost every Thursday for their Tijuana hit on jalapeño bagel. I also enjoy their Philly steak and cheese bagel. They have great food and the staff is always friendly with me. Fast and easy breakfast

Not sure if it's just this location or the whole franchise but the bagels are not fresh. I've bought dozens of bagels from them in the last year and I'm finally done trying. Bagels taste at best a day old if not 2 days old. Better off buying at the grocery store for that quality.

The service was slow and ok. The bagels were not fresh and very hard. Also I felt like 15 dollars for 3 plain bagels, I small container of cream cheese and 3 orange juices is a bit much not sure I would come back.
