The staff here is beyond unprofessional. I’m doing a order pick up. No one acknowledge you. After 10 min of waiting I spoke to someone and they replied I’m on break. I asked for him to bring someone that isn’t on break he just walked away. It took over 20 min to get this order. Finally when I did I was given 6 drinks and they don’t provide cup holders. While I was standing here so many people came in and where not acknowledged so they left. They really need to do better.

probably worst wendys ever. sat in the drive thru for 30 mf minutes just to get an attitude from a woman on the phone when we came inside the lobby for a refund. she was ripping up papers and being extra for no reason and still charged us for some soggy fries.

I am writing this with tears in my eyes. I went to this wendy’s and ordered the new burger(barbeque bourban bacon) and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. By the time I realized the error I was already comfortably at home. To make matters worse there was a hair in my fries. I love wendy’s but there is usually something wrong with my food from here.

Tables were sticky, soda all over the soda machine and counter, bathroom smells horrible and paper towels scattered all over the floor and counters. It's like no one has cleaned in a few days. Food was cold as well.

really enjoy a good burger from Wendy's every now and then. But I can't seem to keep thinking how much it has changed over the years. It's still good food. The people there are nice and friendly (for the most part). But not GREAT like before. Their prices keep rising, but the food isn't anything to write home about. Certainly isn't worth the price increases. And for the love of god, STOP CHANGING THE FRENCH FRIES!!! LOL. Wendy's has become the "once in a great while" place

Much better than the other location near me. The dining room is open. They do get busy so there is a short wait for food, but when it's made fresh it's worth it. My orders have been right every time which is rare. They still have the 4 for $4 meals!
