The staff here is beyond unprofessional. I’m doing a order pick up. No one acknowledge you. After 10 min of waiting I spoke to someone and they replied I’m on break. I asked for him to bring someone that isn’t on break he just walked away. It took over 20 min to get this order. Finally when I did I
probably worst wendys ever. sat in the drive thru for 30 mf minutes just to get an attitude from a woman on the phone when we came inside the lobby for a refund. she was ripping up papers and being extra for no reason and still charged us for some soggy fries.
I am writing this with tears in my eyes. I went to this wendy’s and ordered the new burger(barbeque bourban bacon) and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. Tables were sticky, soda all over the soda machine and counter, bathroom smells horrible and paper towels scattered all over the floor and counters. It's like no one has cleaned in a few days. Food was cold as well.
With everybody raising costs since the pandemic, Wendy's still has four for $4, and a $5 grab bag.
Drive thru associates are eating in front of window and ordering before orders in drive thru for themselves. They leave window open As they discuss their own transactions

Much better than the other location near me. The dining room is open. They do get busy so there is a short wait for food, but when it's made fresh it's worth it. My orders have been right every time which is rare. They still have the 4 for $4 meals!
