Review The Chicken Shack - Henderson

Extremely good service. Food was prepared very fast. Chicken and fries were great. Staff was outstandingly friendly. My only negative is that I chose the garlic butter sauce and it was a bit salty. Two thumbs up to these guys

Taste was great! So glad I decided to drive to the place despite Google saying it was closed.

Excellent service, super clean and terrific food. Chicken was hot and tasty, fries crisp and delicious and sauces were great!

We love chicken shack. This was our first time at this location. They have a TON of room for seating. Most other locations don’t have that. We had a party of 15+ and sat easily. Service was awesome. Happy employees and the food turned out awesome. Definitely recommend this one.

Pretty good food and service reminds me a little bit of the chicken Shack back in Detroit.

The chicken shack is always great, wonderful people and great chicken. It is a little difficult getting a table inside during this crazy time so expect to get it to go.

Original review: I’m a firm believer in stopping phone conversations when eating out/ ordering due to the high chance of something being miscommunicated or missed. I stopped my phone conversation after coming in and stood and waited while the cashier and someone dressed in plain street clothes came from behind the counter and talked. Yes I literally just stood there, until I said I’m ready to order! Ordered the buffalo fries without ranch. I received fries soaking wet in hot sauce and little to no cheese. Disappointed at best. Response from owner: Hi Dreshia! I’m sorry you had a bad experience! I was there in street clothes as I am the owner and popped in quickly to train the cashier as we put in a new register system today. We saw you walk in and you were on the phone so I finished what I was saying the cashier within 30 seconds and walked away when you said you were ready. I didn’t realize you were off the phone as it was between your shoulder and your ear I do apologize for that. Our buffalo fries typically come with ranch and a sauce of your choosing so without the ranch sometimes the sauce can seem overwhelming. I do hope you give us another try as there shouldn’t be any training going on and you’ll have the cashier’s undivided attention. If you decide to omit the ranch, feel free to add a custom note to the order to be light on the sauce as we do try to make sure everything is coated with sauce. Take care, Khloe Response: Khloe, I think you missed the point that I was not acknowledged, a simple “we will be right with you” would have sufficed. And even if I was on the phone, which I stopped my conversation, standing in front of two people talking while I wait to order is not the ideal customer service. I stopped my conversation to receive a service, and apparently the owner didn’t think highly enough of my patronage. I won’t be back.

Food looks different than it tastes Maybe because it was a takeout order but don't let the styrofoam boxes fool you. Just because the box is plain and white does not mean the food is anything like the takeout box the rise of a crispy thin pack to flavor and they give you a lot I mean a lot 6 piece Wings never wait so heavy in my entire life I asked the cashier or the go up front where I ordered how big the huizar are they big small I mean are they decent do they pack a lot of meat or jungle size she just said they are party size I didn't understand what she meant by party size now I know what she means by party size she made it seem like they're kind of small but boy was I fooled . Each Wing must be individually seasoned and marinated because they each had so much taste to your taste buds don't even know what to do but continue to take large chunks of meat from chicken wings like I took a bite of a steak all in all this place is a great place to enjoy a lot of different packed flavor of chicken wings one thing that this light was they don't give celery sticks with your wings to separate order other than that food-wise five star restaurant quality appearance to take out places that small hole in the wall so it's about three stars customer service and friendliness 3 stars
