The pizza is good if you get what you ordered … ordered food multiple times and either got something else as replacement that I did not ask for nor want or old pizza nobody picked up. Cheese sticks were just bad. Zucchini sticks worse. Both over cooked potato skins were bad , not loaded as on menu

I have never eaten here and never will this is as a delivery driver never come here for order unless it's really worth it, they are the slowest pizza place I have ever been to. I've been for a pickup 30 min after time I was supposed to pick up and they still say 25-30 min and it's every time I come
Completely unacceptable! Spent over $50 on the order and waited for an hour and once I got back home the pizza is not very warm to the point the cheese wasn't fully melted and a total mess! No pride in their work and lack of discipline, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
Like others have said, the quality has gone completely downhill since the new ownership a few months ago. Napoli used to be my favorite pizza. The new portions are half or even less than half of the amount of cheese they used to put on. And all that for $12.99 instead of the old price of $7.99 or $8
