I went to try and score a bottle of the big mac sauce and must say the managers treated everyone in line like gold! I want to thank them and let them know we appreciated it very much!
The employees are always great, but many of the customers can be extemely rude
I often order in the morning, via the app, with drive-thru pickup. There are usually other cars in line, but most orders are processed quickly, so if you're willing to wait ten minutes between entry and exit, you'll usually have time to spare. Most of the time, my order is completed correctly. They did screw up once, and I was underwhelmed by their response. Guess I figured they'd comp me a breakfast sandwich in the future, since that's what they shorted me. Sort of my own fault for not checking the bag before driving off. But you'd think they could check their records and see that I order here regularly and don't complain, so if I'm actually complaining once, there's something to it. Nonetheless, I'll give them four stars. The dollar coffee alone is worth three stars!
